Where a suitable concrete base is not already in place, we supply and install a modern and cost-effective ground anchor/screw foundations, suitable for both large and small construction projects. This method is extremely versatile, environmentally friendly and durable. It screws quickly and easily to set out a stable foundation so that construction can start immediately. With the garden room built off the ground this helps to eliminate damp.
The structure is formed using Structural Insulated Panels which offer one of the highest levels of thermal efficiency. The insulation does not allow moisture ingress to degrade its performance which can occur with mineral wools and blown cellulose fibre products. Insulation U-values meet current building regulations.

All the Internal walls will be plaster boarded, so that the the first-fix electrics can be recessed before the ceiling and walls are plastered and finished off with white skirting boards. The floor will be fitted with durable and easy to clean Laminate Flooring, available in a variety of colours, styles and textures, an easy surface to keep maintained.
An armoured cable is run from your existing consumer unit to your garden office, the route is to be determined and discussed during our initial design visit. We will provide ample LED internal wall lights and external up/down lighting, recessed white electrical sockets, Heating Oil Filled Electric Radiator and a small electrical consumer unit, all installed by a fully qualified and certified Electrician.

Step 1
Arrange a site visit and conduct a preliminary site survey and discuss your garden room design options, providing you with information about our product, materials and service. In the vast majority of cases the garden building will not require planning permission.
Step 2
We will produce a detailed quotation for your approval.
Step 3
If you wish to proceed, we would ask for a £200 deposit which will secure you a start date and a detailed specification drawing to be signed once all the elements are agreed.
Step 4
So that the materials, panels, doors, windows etc can be prepared, a 25% deposit will be required before works commence.
Step 5
Foundations will be prepared on the agreed start date so that building works can commence thereafter.
Step 6
Once the building is water tight, normally after 2 weeks, before fitting out, a further 50% instalment will be payable.
Step 7
The final payment will be due upon completion (normally approx. 3 to 5 weeks depending on size and site conditions) ensuring that the customer is happy with the completed garden room project.
We would like to reassure our customers that we take the Covid – 19 pandemic very seriously and are following the government guidelines and will provide our own welfare facilities and only require pre agreed access to your home for electrical connection, where face masks will be worn at all times.
