We will meet you to go through your design and specification to ensure we price up all works so you don’t get any surprises further down the line. We often find on build only projects that the detail is missing leaving you open to additional and potentially abortive costs which we all want to avoid.

We will present the project cost and programme for your consideration and hopefully receive instructions to complete your project.

It’s important that we have early agreement on items such as kitchens and bathrooms in order that the project is not delayed as often there are long lead in times. During the works we will keep disruption to a minimum but also be realistic about the remodelling of your home particularly during key stages of work. We will keep you fully updated throughout the build and unlike many contractors we do not ask for an initial up front payment. Payment applications are only made for completed stages of works, however deposits may be required for kitchens and windows for example which will be charged at cost.

We are almost there. We will invite you to inspect your home on completion of the works to ensure that we have delivered on our promises of a high quality finish. We are always just a phone call or e mail away to answer any questions you have after we have left site and to hopefully receive repeat work at some point in the future.
