Step 1 - Getting to know each other

Too often an architectural design is rushed through without proper consideration and people end up living with the consequences. You may already have a design that you are not happy with, we can also help with that. We will meet you to listen to what you want, understand your lifestyle and the way you want to live. Have an open discussion about project costs.

Step 2 - Concept design

After taking your initial brief and understanding your needs we will meet you to discuss our architectural designs and repeat the process if necessary until you are completely happy with the design solution for your home.

Step 3 - Finalise design.

Sign off the agreed design to enable the detailed drawings and specifications to be prepared and submitted for planning and building regulations approval. At this stage we will agree a fee with you to cover these design costs, payable directly before applications are submitted.
