- Fire strategy review including implications on partial occupations.
- Working drawing and specification review to reduce impact of poor information on the procurement and build process.
- Proposed design team review.
- Pre tender package review to ensure quality information is issued for pricing.
- Management strategy review including all building services, energy strategy and their implications on the completed development.
- Hard and soft landscaping review including suitability of selected materials.
- Negotiate planning applications for clients.
Production Consultancy
- Tender return review and advice on contractor and supplier selection.
- Site logistics review.
- Review build sequence in detail with selected subcontractors in order to assist programming and understand each build element process.
- Understand and assist in solving on site issues which are delaying the build process.
- Partial occupation review with build team to ensure early understanding of implications through to final completions.
- Pre building control and CML sign off inspections.
Quality Inspections
- Inspections completed at each stage of the process to enhance the build quality.
- Quality inspections both internally and externally at completion stage.
- Pre building control and CML sign off review for internal and external areas.
- Ensure effective implication of management strategies so that first occupations are successful.
- All inspections will include observations on health and safety and behavioural standards across the development.
